Rajat has advised on more than 50 private, public, and cross-border M&A, Equity, and debt financing transactions, comprising over $50 billion of enterprise value, with company valuations ranging from $50 million to $10 billion.
Rajat has over 15 years of experience working closely with C-level executives, Founders, and Boards. Rajat has held senior positions at J.P. Morgan, Brown Brothers Harriman, Macquarie, and Lehman Brothers covering the technology sector.
